Process

The equipment in the factory adopts imported high-precision machines to meet the needs of all customers and provide customers with high-quality products and comprehensive services.

1. Mold design/production

The first step in die casting is to design/make the mold. The mold is the most important component in the die-casting process. It determines the shape, size and accuracy of the die-casting parts. The mold is usually made of steel and precision machined.

2. Die casting molding

After the mold design is completed, die casting can be carried out. Die casting is the core step of the die casting process. In this step, the die casting machine injects molten metal into the mold, allowing it to cool and solidify in the mold.

3. Burr processing

After die-casting, there are usually defects such as burrs and burrs on the surface of the die-casting parts. Therefore, burrs need to be processed to remove these defects. Burr processing usually uses cutting, grinding, polishing and other methods.

4. Mechanical processing

Depending on the design requirements of the die casting, machining may be required to further improve the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the die casting. There are many methods of mechanical processing, the commonly used ones are milling, drilling, turning, grinding, etc.

5. Surface treatment

In order to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, aesthetics, etc. of die castings, surface treatment may be required. There are many methods of surface treatment, the commonly used ones are painting, electroplating, anodizing, etc.

6. Quality inspection

After completing all processing steps, die-cast parts need to undergo quality inspection to ensure that they meet the requirements. Quality inspection usually includes dimensional inspection, shape inspection, surface inspection, strength inspection, etc.

7. Packaging and transportation

After passing the quality inspection, the die-casting parts can be packaged and transported. We choose strong packaging materials and develop suitable packaging plans based on product characteristics to ensure that the die-casting parts are not damaged during transportation.
